Yoga (योग) is an Indian spiritual path aimed at achieving the union with the Supreme Consciousness.
As Human Beings, we have the natural capacity for self awareness. In order to make good use of this capacity, we must become mindful of what is happening within our own body-mind - our sensations, feelings, thoughts ..as well as our interaction with the world particularly other beings.
Each class works towards strengthening your mind body connection by linking breath with a series of dynamic postures. On route to the main goal the practice will bring about weight-loss, will tone and strengthen the body and give an overall feeling of balance and wellbeing.
It is a class that fully integrates the body, mind and spirit, a class that while strengthening your body you will calm and quiet your mind. A fitness routine based on aesthetics feeds your ego, not your spirit!

May Yoga Class and Time Table updates
YOGA WORKSHOP - Saturday 12th May at 11am to 1.45pm in Greystones Yoga Studio. This time focus will be on pacticing with an awarenss to your body and your breath. I will be helping you to fine tune your practise with the hope that your will gain more from each practise, physically and mentally. Cost is €35 (10% discount to those on monthly cards).
MONTHLY CARDS - For those who are or would like to attend more than 2 classes a week your can buy an unlimited monthly card for €150. Regular 10 class card is €130 & please note and respect that this is valid for 4 months, as I do offer a drop in service.
Mondays in Westwood will now start at the earlier time of 7pm.
Yoga in URBUN will now be every Wednesday at 7pm so come along and try out this fab venue.
Baby Yoga & Massage just for this Thursday (3rd May) will start at 10.40am. It will then return to the usual time of 11.15. You can purchase a 5 class card for €90 or pay €20 drop in. Vouchers available ~ Great present for new Moms or Dads!

So at any time do come back to your mat, or if you have never been on a mat now is the time. Regular practice of Yoga really does help the body & mind move with ease through the seasons (which seem very confused at the moment!!)
